Courses & programmes

How do I book a place on a course?

Each course page has a Book or Add to Cart button. Most programmes (e.g. Trade to Trainer) take a 20% deposit at booking, with the balance due 3 working days before the course starts.

Can I cancel or transfer my booking?

Cancellations made more than 6 working days before the course are eligible for a refund of the deposit. Transfers between cohorts may be available subject to space — contact us to arrange.

Do I need any prior qualifications?

Most of our technical and teaching/assessing programmes are designed for people already working in the trades. Specific entry requirements are listed on each course page.

Where are courses delivered?

Most programmes run online or as blended learning, with practical elements at our centre or partner sites. Each course page lists the delivery format.

Do you work with awarding organisations and centres?

Yes. We offer regulatory approval and compliance support, qualification development, approved centre support, quality assurance and strategic growth services. Get in touch to discuss what you need.
