Energy & Utility Skills (EU Skills) is the sector skills body responsible for setting workforce, training and qualification standards across the UK energy and utilities sectors — covering power, gas, water and waste management.
What EU Skills does
EU Skills develops and maintains National Occupational Standards (NOS), industry-recognised competence frameworks, and apprenticeship standards for the energy and utilities workforce. They also operate Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR), the workforce safety and compliance scheme used widely across the sector.
