The three routes

Workplace Assessor

What you’ll learn

How to carry out fair and consistent assessments.

Methods to assess skills, knowledge and behaviours.

The responsibilities of an assessor and how your role supports learner progress.

How to record assessment decisions properly (so your paperwork’s watertight).
What you’ll achieve

A recognised Level 3 Assessor qualification, matched to your chosen route.

The confidence and credibility to assess learners in your trade area.

A pathway to further roles, including internal quality assurance.
How it runs

Two evenings per week – fit it around the day job.

Around 50–80 guided learning hours depending on the option you choose.

Evidence-based — you’ll build a portfolio showing what you can do in practice.
